How do I use your app?

You will be able to speak to our chatbot and tell it what you are looking for. Whether you are looking for a partner to run a 5km run with or a potential first date, Pacefindr will help you find this.

How do I resume a conversation I previously had on Pacefindr?

You’ll be able to provide your email address and the chatbot will identify who you are without needing to generate a new profile for you

Is my data secure?

Yes, data is kept in an encrypted and secure database that conforms to recent security testing and all data is deleted after 30 days. Which means that if you are coming back after a month, you’ll need to create a new profile to keep your account active in our matching database.

How do I find a new match?

By authenticating with our chatbot, Pacefindr will ask you a few questions about what you are looking for and it will provide the best available matches based on your criteria

How do I contact my match?

Pacefindr will send you an email 24 hours after your match is selected introducing both of you. Where you take it after is up to you!

How do I delete my data?

You can delete your data in two ways: You can either tell the Pace Findr chat bot to delete your data, or you can send us an email to privacy@pacefindr.com
